What's check- in & check-out time?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am.
How is your WiFi?
We’ve recently upgraded our WiFi infrastructure to enhance speed and coverage, reaching more areas throughout the property. However, it’s important to note that, due to occasional power fluctuations and the unpredictable nature of tropical weather, the WiFi experience may not match the consistency of metropolitan areas.

Is child allowed?
We warmly welcome children, including those around 2 years old, to our establishment. We strive to provide a family-friendly environment to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both parents and little ones.
But for their safety, we kindly ask that they be under constant supervision.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with more than 30 days’ notice, a full refund will be provided, minus a 5% service charge.
In the event of cancellation with fewer than 30 days’ notice, we will make every effort to rebook the apartment. If successful, we will refund your deposit.
However, if rebooking is not achieved, the refund is forfeited.
Is it noisy?
Please be advised that during daytime hours, you may hear construction activities, trucks, and occasional town noise. However, the evenings are generally quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere during nighttime hours.
How far are you from the town?
From Xocotla, it takes approximately 6 to 8 minutes to walk to town, depending on the route you choose. Additionally, it’s just another 3 minutes to reach the beach.
